How To Submit a Ticket to Hostway

If you notice a router is down on a traceroute when troubleshooting a site being down or email not working when we can see the site fine or the email settings seem fine, you must submit a request to Hostway to investigate.

You go here: https://sitecontrol.hostway.com

You login to our account: kretz9684 / SDB7B3cE6d*

Click on support on the left:



Click on start trouble ticket (click here)

Then choose the server having the issues and the type of problem (I normally choose Other).


Now submit the ticket:



After 60 minutes or so (depending on the severity of the issue), you should check the Trouble Ticket status.



You can then see if they have replied. If not, you can call them and reference your ticket #.
