Introduction

Welcome to Scorpion Design! We are awesome, and we have awesome systems too. The mother of all our systems is our proprietary CMS.

CMS stands for Content Management System. Content is any descriptive text or images that fills a web site. As web sites got bigger and more involved over the years, systems were developed which handle large amounts of content more easily.

As the internet was developed further, helpful systems were developed to aid users during their visit to a site. Eventually there became enough of these that internet developers started incorporating these smaller systems into their Content Management Systems to be able to handle them easier.

Now, most CMS' are much more than just systems that manage content. Ours for example is a system that a client can use to fully manage everything about their site; content, systems they have bought, etc.

If you have not already received your CMS login username and password, please ask or send an email to alex@scorpiondesign.com and he will set one up for you.

When you need to log in to a web site, you can do so by typing in "admin" after the .com, .net etc of the web site.

Example:

http://www.scorpiondesign.com/admin

This will forward you to the sites log in page (admin-login.aspx).
