Client wants to know why he is working with our team and not his OG sales rep:
We recently underwent a major reorganization to ensure that our clients received the best possible service. In previous years, a sales person, like [Name], would handle a project with the help of his assistant. They would then work directly with the people who would do the work (our team), and it would create delays and in many cases not the service that we as a company want to deliver.
As [Sales Rep] role is primarily sales, his focus is generally such. Our role as an entire team dedicated to your satisfaction is to ensure that you are get immediate service, your project moves quickly, and you always feel like you are taken care of and part of the family.
Scorpion was created with the purpose of servicing and delivering the best products to our clients. We strive to do it better than anyone else out there, and it became apparent that we needed to make the change. Rest assured that the same people who you will be dealing with directly are the same people that Brian would send his requests to. We just cut out the middle man.
